Please note: Apart from the consultation, some of our injection treatments are considered non-insured care. A referral from your general practitioner is not necessary in this case, but it can be helpful. The rates for a treatment or consultation are listed in our price list

When you request an appointment, we will contact you by phone within 2 business days. During this call, we will need the following information from you:

  • Your BSN number

  • X-ray

  • Contact details of your general practitioner

At Orthopedie Hoeksche Waard / jointcareclinics, we strive for a clear and transparent payment policy.

You can pay us in various ways:
• Debit Card Payment (preferred):
To be settled directly at your appointment, without additional costs.
• iDEAL:
Free of charge via our secure online payment environment.
• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX):
A surcharge of 2.5% on the total amount due to transaction fees.
• Payment by Invoice:
Only possible after consultation, with an administration fee of €100.
• Installment Payment:
Only upon request and after approval, with an administration fee of €100.

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

General Provisions
• In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge administration fees and statutory interest.
• If payment is not received, the claim will be transferred to a collection agency, with all additional collection costs being entirely at the patient’s expense, in accordance with legal guidelines (Wet Incassokosten, WIK).
By agreeing to the treatment, you also consent to the payment terms mentioned above.
